Building 1 / Lake Eve at The Bluegreen Fountains Resort

Had New Years eve2015 reservation for superior in bldg 10. Asked for change to Deluxe or Lake Eve. Ryan was very accommodating and found us a nice 12th floor 2BR to watch fire works to north near Universal. Thank you so much

Lots to do. The hot tubs were shut off before the pools closed. Not enough hot tubs in site. We were fortunate to have a jetted tub in our suite/condo. Arcade prizes are lacking but the arcade itself was decent.

The fountains always has great customer service, we enjoyed the three bedroom option. The pool was clean and we'll managed.

Great location of place, pretty views, there were a lot of things wrong with the room. Like the door to the laundry area was broken and the sink glogged up often but we didnt put food down the drain at all. Overall though the service was great and everything was beautiful. The map was accurate and my family had a lot of fun.

Phenomenal location. This place offers an incredible value and is kept very clean. The service of all the staff here is top notch and the ammenties are not lacking. This resort offers the best variety of pools and things to do on site. Definitely will be back.

Service was good rooms are great location to Disney was even better. We stay here whenever we come down and it is always clean and friendly

This was the BEST hotel experience I have ever had in the past 20 years if not longer. Bhartie at the front desk was Awesome!!! She was so positive and up beat, there was a guest that had a problem with her key and was being rude and disrespectful because her key didn't work. There are bigger problems in this world than resetting someone's key. But Bhartie handed it like a true professional and had a maintenance man go with her to insure the guest had no problems getting into there room. I was very impressed with how she handled things. When we got to our room it was Awesome!!! A big room with full kitchen washer and dryer, I wanted to move in. I loved the color scheme. It was so warm and welcoming. Not like that aqua blue green and white checkered Insane Clown Posse mess that was next door. I think they call The Fountains Everyone at Lake Eve was so Super nice from the Bellman to Tamara the girl that cooked our breakfast to Jomarysa the manager who was so sweet helping out at the front desk when it got a little busy..You just don't find customer service like this ANYWHERE. I hope they never change.

Clean, spacious, updated rooms. Great location, several indoor and outdoor pools. The beds are very comfortable. The shower and bathtub is huge. I would highly recommend this hotel.
